I baked this less than the 30 minute time given and it cam out dry dry dry. Very disappointing. The Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting used as rec'd is very good.

No Bake Choco-Peanut-Oatmeal Cookies

I like this recipe because it uses rolled oats instead of the minute oats, which cuts down on the beneficial nutritional value. I used Splenda-sugar mixture that you can bake with to cut down on calories, it's a great product. Next time however I will add more peanut butter.

Whole Wheat Honey Bread

Outstanding. I was a little shy of having the 1/3 C of honey, so I subbed with about 3 tablespoons of molasses. Added a really nice dimension to the flavor of this bread. DEELISH!

Shredded Brussels Sprouts

Holiday Dressing

Stuffing/dressing has always been my favorite part of the holiday meal. This dressing is hands-down the best ever. I will never make anything but this. I had some day old can biscuits and substituted each for one slice of the bread. Also when making my cornbread, I added some sage and poultry seasoning to the batter and used Jimmy Dean sage sausage. Deelish!

French Beef Stew

Don't count on the minimum hour time cooking. If your stew meat is tender in an hour I want to know where you get your meat! Otherwise, an excellent dish...don't leave out the mustard!

Kamikaze

Equal parts of the triple-sec is way too much. A shot of vodka with about a thrid to a half shot of triple sec.A dash of fresh lime juice or Roses's lime should also be added. Pour all ingredients over plenty of ice in a metal or glass mixing cup, stir well with bar spoon and strain and pour. Salut!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Excellent dish. Added a can of Ro-Tel's in and gave the mixture a few seconds of my handmixer to add creaminess and texture. Also upon serving I gave a squeeze of fresh lime and a little chopped cilantro. Ole!

Excellent dish! However, next time I will use half of the butter called for, as it was extremely greasy. Unsalted butter preferable due to the sodium from liquids. Will definately make again soon!
