Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding

Very tasty! I added cayenne pepper and cinnamon like someone recommended. I didn't have enough corn starch, so I used flour. I will defiantly be making this again and again.

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

I have made this with a little different amounts on the cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon. It came out of our fire department fund raiser cookbook. Great desert! I haven't tried the honey over top. I never thought a great thing could get better, but I way wrong. Try this one, you will not be disappointed.

Dutch Babies II

Made this for breakfast today...........wonderful! Made it in a 9" round cake pan, next time I will spray the pan because it stuck a little to the bottom.Cooked in my advantium microwave/oven combo at 400 for around 15 minutes, then turned down to 325 due to the top getting too brown. Total time was around 20 minutes. I also melted the butter in the pan while mixing up this dish, and added sliced apples and a touch of cinnamon sugar. Definitely a keeper!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

I must admit, I was a little bit skeptical about the no flour thing. That's why I had to try them. These are fantastic! I did 1/2 and 1/2 on white and brown sugar along with a teaspoon or so on vanilla. I might have to try with a sugar substitute next time, and there WILL be a next time. I put them in the fridge while we had dinner, then baked smaller cookies for 13 to 14 minutes at 325. I got around 30 cookies.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Very good soup! I used white pepper instead of the black pepper. Used 1/2 yellow and 1/2 red onion. After the 10 to 15 minutes when the potatoes softened, I very slightly blended with an immersion blender. (Still leaving plenty of chunks of veggies) The soup went great with a slice of crusty wheat bread from the bread machine. I will be making this soup again. Thanks for the great recipe.

Buffalo Chicken Wraps

I used chipolte tabasco sauce for the hot sauce and it was great! I didn't measure the hot sauce, just went by my taste. Also melted some cheddar cheese on the chicken. Not a fan of blue cheese, so I used ranch.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

I also added 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup peanut butter, also a bit of nutmeg. Warm out of the oven, very good! Oh, also added a scoop or so of chocolate chips.
