A-Number-1 Banana Cake

This cake tasted really good, but it was too soft and too moist. One of the layers fell apart when I tried to pick it up. I don't think I will try this recipe as a cake again.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake I

This cake is excellant. It isn't dry like most homemade pound cakes I've had. The taste and texture are great. This recipe is a keeper.

African Curry

I thought this was a really good recipe. Doubled the curry and added red pepper flakes. Very good with chicken breast and thighs.

I am not a fan of box cake but this cake was surprisingly delicious. Made it for a New Year's Eve get together and everyone thought it was very good. This recipe is far better tasting than following the recipe on the box that calls for water. This cake taste even better the 2nd day.

The Best Corn Bread You'll Ever Eat

Key Lime Pie VIII

This pie was good. I decreased the fresh lime juice to 2/3 cup which was more than enough. Also used a graham cracker crust. Everyone really enjoyed this pie.

Million-Dollar Pound Cake

This cake was very good. Taste just like a traditional pound cake. I did not have milk so I used 1 cup of half and half instead. I replaced the almond extract with lemon. My cake only took 1 hr and 10 min to bake.

Caramel Popcorn

Absolutely easy and delicious. I used SmartBalance 50/50 and organic brown sugar. I gave the caramel popcorn away as gifts and everyone enjoyed and asked for more.

Peppermint Marshmallows

This recipe turned out perfect. I personally don't think it takes 12 min. to whip the mixture. I took them to work and everyone thought they were amazing. They go great with Swiss Miss Dark Chocolate Sensation. My hot chocolate taste like a liquid peppermint patty (Yummy).

I didn't care for this recipe. I could taste the gelatin in the marshmallows. I will not use this recipe again. The other peppermint marshmallows recipe on this site if far better.
