Meat Scewers

This is a recipe from my mother-in-law who has an Asian restaurant in Europe. These are loaded with garlic, and I can smell it cooking just looking at it. She showed me a way to save time rolling the meat, all you have to do is place meat on a piece of saran wrap, place the stick in the center, fold the wrap over the meat and push the meat so it spreads evenly. It is much faster than rolling lots of little balls and stringing them on. And it cooks very evenly as well.
