I had never made this or even heard of this until I stumbled upon this recipe. Had a hard time "experimenting" with saffron since it is so costly. Took a leap of faith and was blessed. Thank you for this submission.

Crunchy Pumpkin Pie Granola
I didn't have dried cranberries so I used dried cherries instead. YUMM!!

This was OK as is but it needed something else and the consistency wasn't quite working for me. We added garlic and blended it to make it smoother.
