Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

This Chili was delicious! I didn't make any changes. Nice kick, great flavor. Best I've ever made. My husband said it was better than his! Now, that's a compliment! :-) Better the next day. This recipe made a big quantity so with leftover we made chili burritos, used it as a dip with chips, had some with rice, and never got tired of it! I'm making it for Super Bowl Party! Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe.

Chicken and Red Bean Enchiladas

Although I made a few changes to fit my taste buds, this recipe is delicious. I skipped the bean; replaced the tomato sauce with one large can of Red enchilada sauce and the chicken broth with half a can of the green enchilada sauce. I added the other half of the green enchilada sauce to the filling. I made flavored rice (chicken bouillon and a few scoops of the red sauce) and poured it on the bottom of the baking dish and placed the enchiladas and sauce on top. My husband said that these were the best enchiladas he has ever had. Thank you so much for sharing!

Potato Casserole II

Excellent! Made it for hristmas and everyone asked for the recipe. no problem with leftovers. Great change from traditional potatoes. It's a keeper. Thanks for sharing.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

OMG! Delicious! My son & husband were skeptical but once they tried it they couldn't have enough! I used stuff from my pantry. Changed chili beans for chili w/o beans, added cilantro and chopped garlic. I didn't have diced tomatoes with green chile so I added the diced tomatoes with garlic and a can of chopped green chile. I also added a bit of Badia Fajita seasoning. The boys are already asking me to make it again..I'll make them wait a bit so they really appreciate it :-) Thank you for the recipe.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

My son and husband loved it! I made it without the ginger (didn't have any)and it was still great. The next day it tasted even better. My son ate it for breakfast!:-D I'm definately adding it to my family favorites.
