Banana Sour Cream Bread

I have to add to the accolades of all the other 5-star ratings! This is a delicious banana sweet bread! I prepared as the instructions (excepted mixed wet/dry ingredients together by-hand) and used a Wilton pan with four mini loaves. The recipe made 8 loaves, exactly! I sprayed the pan with non-stick spray so the cinnamon/sugar would stick. The cinnamon/sugar is a great addition! Thanks for sharing, Esther!

Nacho Cheese Sauce

Made this tonight using all the left-over cheese in the fridge (American, pepper jack, asiago, romano, mozz). I also added a spoon of Tones chicken base (instead of salt) and some green chilies for a little more flavor. This was exactly like the cheese at the ballpark! Exactly what we wanted! Thanks for sharing!

Fresh Pear Pie

My family loved this!! I served this with fresh whipped cream and they wanted to eat the whole thing at once! Very easy and delicious! Thanks for sharing with us!
