Loved it. Used 4 cups of flour, kneaded 5 mins in the kitchen aid. Baked on top rack 6 mins at 400° everybody agreed better than either mall store. Super easy and will make again!

Easy Smokey Mac N Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2013
I made this for the first time, just like I wrote it, about five years ago. I can't eat egg, and I don't like gloppy mac n cheese, I like it smooth and creamy so while this is basic, this suits everything I"m looking for. I have never had one person at any function I took this to have anything to say but it is bomb. Everybody says "who made this mac" over and over again. Granted you can do a hundred variants of this, and go for it, because bacon and chicken and cream cheese and more yellow cheddar and blue and all these other options are still fantastic. But, for the person who doesn't know how to cook, who literally has to look at every step of a direction and doesn't understand the process. That's who this is for, so they can make a fantastic dish, pair it with a salad or some greens or cabbage n a nice sweet skillet corn bread, and impress ;0) Enjoy!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2011
I"ve made them just as specified except for adding extra fresh blueberries and picking out the fattest juciest ones for my muffins. I used the 2tbsp of butter topping that was in one of the other reviews. They were gobbled up every time! Super yummy!

Veronica's Apple Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
Made them for DH this morning, I asked him how many stars so I could review them, (I can't eat pancakes) He said, pick a star, they're good, but the more bites he took the more he raved, five stars he said :)

My Best Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2010
A good base, needed to be thicker, and there is something, an herb that's in the best clam chowders and I can't figure out what it is. Its green, rosemaryish but not rosemary...anybody know what I'm talking about?

Lobster Bisque

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2010
Super bomb! I made this for valentines day, used six lobster tails, made the stock from the tails, didn't have paste so used two tsp catsup, added dried pepper flakes instead of cayenne, and more seasonings and worst. like the other reviewers. The next day I made crab bisque with left over king crab meat (we ate too much bisque to finish the crab) this time i used tom. paste and white wine, it wasn't near as good with the paste/wine, but still good had we had not just had the OUTSTANDING lobster version we'd probably have liked it better.

Strawberry Pizza

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2010
I have tried many versions of fruit pizza, this is by FAR my fave! The cookie is delicious, and its harder so it doesn't get soggy. The junket is a million times better than glaze, not so thick and gaggy. Everybody I've made this for loves it!

Smothered Bacon Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2009
I've made this for years, but use cream of chicken soup mixed with the sour cream, and we cook it on 250 for three hours, everything melts in your mouth. I've turned up the temp and done it in an hour, which is just fine, but its not the same as doing it the "long" way

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2009
Outstanding! My boyfriend argued with me about trying it, stating his case that "I hate zucchini" Curiosity got the best of him - he got to smelling it - took a crumb off the corner to taste it - and of course ate 3/4 of a loaf all by himself!
