Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
This recipe is delicious. I did use a little less lemon juice than the recipe called for because I didn't want the fish to taste too tangy. I also added old bay To the fish as others suggested and that made the dish exceptional. This is definately a recipe worth giving a try.

Tequila Shrimp

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
My boyfriend and I loved this recipe. It was very easy to make, healthy, and delicious. The only thing ichanged was that I added a little less tequila because I don't like the alcohol flavor. I served this dish with black beans and Spanish rice.

World's Best Potato Salad

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
I was not a fan of this potato salad recipe. I found the dressing to be a bit too sweet for my taste. I also felt like the salad was missing something when I ate it. Maybe it would be better with some dill pickle relish? I will not be making this recipe again.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
This recipe is delicious just the way it is. While it is a little difficult to roll into a ball, I found that once I wrapped it in plastic, this process was not too difficult. One small change I made was that the second time the cheese ball goes into the refrigerator, (after it's been shaped) I put it into the freezer instead for about an hour and a half. This helped make the consistency of the ball a bit firmer and easier to roll in the pecans. Definitely give this one a try though, it is phenomenal!!!

Lemonade Cookies

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
I followed Sara's instructions to a tee and these cookies came out beautifully. They are a very soft, cake-like cookie so if you prefer chewier cookies you may be disappointed. These cookies are very refreshing and a welcome change from traditional chocolate chip or sugar cookies.

Green Bean and Bacon Saute

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
These were a great twist on traditional green beans. I went a little easy on the bacon compared to the original recipe. I only diced three pieces of bacon instead of 10. (that just seemed like a lot once I got started) I also used canned green beans rather than frozen, and I omitted the red pepper flakes. I did add a few spices to the beans a dash of onion powder and chili powder really helped the flavor of the beans. Give these a try, you'll love them!

Baked Spaghetti I

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
Fantastic dish!!!! I loved the flavors the mushrooms and mushroom soup brought to this spaghetti, although it is quite different from traditional spaghetti, it is delicious. All of the veggies used in this recipe also make it quite good for you. The only thing I changed was that I mixed all of the spaghetti and the meat sauce together and poured that into a baking dish. I also added about two tablespoons of the mushroom soup to the spaghetti and meat. I then poured the rest over the top of the dish. Give this recipe a try, you'll be glad you did!!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
Yum, this tastes just like shrimp scampi. The only thing I changed was that I used dried parsley rather than fresh, but it still turned out great!!

Chocolate Fudge Cookies

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
These are pretty good cookies, especially if you're short on time as they're so easy to make. I found them to be a little lacking in flavor; however, everyone else that tried them adored them.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
This cheesecake is phenomenal. I made this at Thanksgiving, and it was such a hit that I also made it at Christmas. It was gone in about an hour. I think I'll have to make a couple of cheesecakes next year. If you like pumpkin and cheesecake (which really, who doesn't?) make this cheesecake.

Company Cheesecake

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
Phenomenal dessert. This cheesecake is much better than any you can get at a restaurant. I did not make the crust with pecans as my boyfriend is not a fan. I made the crust the same way but substituted some graham cracker crumbs for the pecans. I think the crust would have definitely been better with pecans as the recipe calls for. I also followed the baking directions of another reviewer. I baked with a water bath for about 55 minutes at 325 degrees until the edges were browned. Then I turned off the oven, but left the cake in the oven for an hour. I removed the cake from the oven and ran a knife around the edges and allowed the cheesecake to cool entirely with a baking sheet on top. I then chilled overnight. No cracking or sinking in the middle!! Fantastic cheesecake.

Great recipe. Everyone always says it is more flavorful than typical layer dips. The taco seasoning really makes it.

Baked Spinach

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2011
Excellent. My family loves this dish. It is an excellent way to fix spinach. Although I do not have children myself, I think it would be a great way to get picky eaters to eat green veggies.

Campbell's® Chicken Broccoli Twist

Just okay for us. It's good for a quick weeknight meal. It was more soupy than I was expecting, so I'll try to use less liquid if I make it again.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2012
Delicious, and SO easy!. The meat was so tender when it was finished. I put baby carrots, new potatoes, and onions in with the roast and seasonings. Then slow cooked it on low for about 9 hours. Everything turned out wonderfully. This is a MUST make.

Buttery Rolls

Really easy to make and delicious. I wrapped each dough ball individually in foil and froze it. I just took a few out as needed for the next few weeks and baked as described in the recipe. They were wonderful.
