Reuben Sandwich II
Great with corned beef or pastrami. If you are making a bunch for a crowd, I find it is easier to bake them in the oven. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, and put buttered sandwiches on the cookie sheet. Bake at 450F for 5 minutes, turn Reubens over, and bake 5 minutes more. Perfect every time.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
I've been making my own "knock-off" recipe for awhile. I only put in 1/2 tsp. of cayenne, and that gives it enough kick for us. It depends upon the size of potatoes you use, but I use 3 medium russets, unpeeled. I slice the slices in half. Instead of the fresh spinach, I thaw a frozen box of chopped spinach, wring it dry, and add it at the end. I know the restaurant chain uses kale, but our preference is the spinach. Also, instead of 5 cans of chicken broth, I use two; one quart of water and 3 tsps. of granulated chicken base. Great recipe!

Bacon-Cheddar Pinwheels
These are delicious! For ease in cutting, I put them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes first. I made 1/2 of the recipe as written with bacon, and used deli ham, finely chopped in the other half. We couldn't decide which we liked better ..... they were both good. For the reviewer who questioned cutting the short (4" side), that is correct. You cut them in 1/2" slices, which means 4" equals 8 appetizers.
