Crispy Oven-Roasted Rosemary Chicken with Sausage and Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2009
It wasn't my favorite but we all enjoyed it; including my extremely picky 5 yr old. I didn't think it was anything TOO special but it did taste good.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2009
So, so good! Had no problem with taste. I added about 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder to flour. I used veg. oil and butter instead of lard. They were amazing. Had no leftovers which makes me sad :(

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
I didn't have a problem with the chocolate being "too hard" but I did have a problem with the crust. It seems like maybe there is too much butter. It is greasy and really unsturdy. I love the taste though. Very good. My husband thinks they are really sweet but I think they're just right. I will probably try out the recipe again but with less butter or a smaller size pan.

Pie Crust IV

I am very pleased with this recipe. It turned out great. I added about a tbsp. of sugar which was the perfect amount I think. I will use this recipe again!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
Unbelievable! I love this recipe! I will use it over and over. I too added vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon to the syrup mixture and cooked at 350 the whole time. I also cooked on the bottom rack. It turned out amazing! I am so happy I came across this recipe!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2009
I followed the directions and took a lot of advice from reviews. It tasted wonderful all except of one little thing that was my fault. Either my cream cheese was not completely room temp. or I was so worried about "over mixing" that I did not mix well enough. I had chunks of cream cheese throughout mine, lol. It did not crack at all though and did not brown at all either. I think for my first attempt at cheesecake I did an alright job and learned from my mistakes. Thanks for a great recipe! I will make another attempt at it and do it right...

Baked Cream Corn

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2009
This wasn't a horrible recipe but the texture of mine didn't turn out very well. It was very runny. It tasted pretty good but I wish I knew what I did wrong.

Hamburger Gravy

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2009
I really did not like this recipe. It got a little better after I coated it in salt and pepper but it still didn't have much flavor. Maybe I just didn't add extra stuff to it? I'm not sure, but I don't think I'll use it again.

Linda's Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2009
Obviously Stouffers has some bangin lasagna because I loved this recipe. I wanted a recipe that was easy to make and tasted good because it was my first time making lasagna; this recipe did just that. I thought it was fun and easy to make and I didn't have to go spend an arm and a leg for the ingredients like one recipe I saw. My whole family loved this recipe and I will use it over and over again!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Very scrumtious! My husband's favorite part was the ham but I could have done without it. Either way, it's great!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2009
I have made this mac and cheese several times. I have taken it to dinners and pot lucks. I half the recipe for dinner at home. My favorite element is the "bread" crumbs. I use cracker crumbs but either way it is good. Love it!

White Almond Wedding Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2009
Mmmm! I love it! I ate some of this cake before it was iced/frosted and it was so good! I am one of those people who have to eat their cake with icing but this one was good enough without it. It was really moist and tasted wonderful. I can't say anything bad! I will use this recipe many, many more times.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2009
I love these cookies! They are wonderful and a lot of fun to make. I followed the advice of one of the reviews and removed my first batch right at 8 minutes...DONT do that. I couldn't get the cookies off the sheet and half turned to moosh. The time to cook them depends on the size you make them, what kind of pan your using, ect. You're better off testing the times on your own. I ended up using more sugar/cinnamon mixture than called for too. All in all they are scrumtious! I will use this recipe over and over again.

Rolling Fondant

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2009
I don't know what the first review is all about...your hands are going to hurt after making any fondant. Anyways, I adore this recipe. I think my fondant turned out great! I have never used it before so I was hesitant about which recipe to use. I am so glad I chose this one because I was terrified it wouldn't turn out and this did. It was super fun to make. My little hand mixer couldn't hold up to it but I figured that from the start. My hands worked just as well. I had to add a little extra powdered sugar but other than that I had no problems! Thanks for a great recipe that I will use over and over again!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2009
This recipe is wonderful! I could not believe how fantastic they turned out. Not only were they good right out of the oven but we have been reheating them one at a time every day since and they're still delicious. I am awfully proud of myself for making my husband so happy with these pretzels, lol...but I should really thank this recipe!
