I did 1 cup of AP flour and 3/4 cup wheat flour. I kneaded it for a few minutes and let it rise for 30-60 minutes to double. Then I rolled it out thin and pre-baked it. I did the pre-bake and baking at 400 degrees. (You can do the pre-bake and load on the toppings and leave it in the frig overnight. It was still cripsy and good.
- chicken, broccoli, ragu alfredo, mozzarella optional red pepper flakes was good (could use a bit more flavor maybe garlic)
- pepperoni, sausage, onions, olives, mozzarella stuffed crust, tomato sauce, mozzarella or cheddar, fresh tomatoes
