Slow Cooker Oats - Apple and Spice

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2011
My family loved this recipe. I found that it was a little watery so I reduced the water by 3/4 cup and it came out perfect.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2010
These cookies were fabulous. I did not bake them all at once. Instead I baked half the batch, and prepped and refrigerated cookie dough balls for the second half, baking them 3 days later. The 2nd half came out just as great as the 1st half. The dough keeps well in the refrigerator.

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2009
I have made this cake several times. It has been a hit everytime. If you are making this cake for the first time, I recommend that you don't change any of the cake measurements, but that you gradually add the confectioners sugar to the frosting mixture to get the right level of sweetness for you. I did this the 2nd time I made the cake and found that 2 1/2 cups of confectioners sugar gave me the perfect amount of sweetness to pair with the cake.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2009
Big Hit with my family. Instead of adding the lattice top, I covered the top completely with crust and then sprinkled it with cinnamon sugar. Yum! We will definitely be making this again.
