This was really good! It was so easy to make. As for the reviewers who said their chicken was dry and burnt, it was probably your slow cooker. I have the Hamilton Beach slow cooker with the sealed top and not one ounce of the margerine (I used Smart Balance) evaporated. Also, the sauce was not too thick. It was thicker, but not as thick as others suggested (again maybe their slow cooker). It tasted salty, but when it was served over pasta it tasted just right, not too salty. I shredded my chicken when I added the cream cheese and let the cream cheese sit for 15 minutes before stirring it in. I followed recipe exactly and I was very pleased. My husband, mother, and two toddler daughters liked it. My father loved it. I kept dipping in for more. Very easy recipe.
