Creamy Homemade Chicken Stew

I substituted fresh rosemary for dried and I threw the peas in at the very end rather than having them cook all day. This is a pretty good crock pot recipe, but I also had a problem with the milk separating. Next time I'll just use broth.

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

I'm not an expert on Kalua pork since I've only visited (never lived) in Hawaii, but this is delicious! I may need just a hair more smoke flavor, but that's about it. I used 5lbs of pork shoulder roast and it took about 12 hours to cook.

This was too salty for us. I should have used the advice of another reviewer and tried it with low-sodium soy sauce. I even wonder if that would cut the salt enough.

Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

This was very good! The tenderloin was moist, the marinade added nice flavor to the pork and the mustard sauce was a good compliment. My only minor complaint is that mine didn't look too appetizing. The red wine/soy sauce turns it a grey-purple.

Chicken Souiza Cornbread Bake

Good recipe and I will definitely make it again. I added more chicken, more chiles, omitted the mushrooms and substituted Pepper Jack cheese. I don't think I would have liked it as much using Monterey Jack instead of Pepper Jack cheese. Next time I am going to reduce the sour cream and add more chiles (maybe 8 oz instead of 4 oz) or maybe some chopped jalapenos.

Cajun Style Meatloaf

I used pork instead of the andouille sausage (was going to make a boring meatloaf until I ran across this recipe). This is absolutely the best meatloaf recipe I have ever made!! I love the spicy seasoning and can't imagine going back to 'normal' meatloaf. Thanks so much!
