Roasted Easter Ham

Delicious! I pierced our ham and kept basting it while cooking. I also did not use the onion poweder...it was perfect combination of sweet & tangy! Thanks so much!!!

This is my new favourite recipe! I make mine in the food processor. I just halve the recipe for the bottom and then add in the second half for the top. It makes mixing the butter so easy! I also change out the fruit to whatever I have on hand. Today it will be a can of blueberry pie filling with fresh apples and cranberries! YUM!

Baked Macaroni and Cheese III

Delicious just the way it is! I doubled the recipe, added extra cheese, skipped the butter & actually didn't have enough parmesan cheese so I only used a very small amount. Loved it!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Delicious! All 4 of my kids enjoyed this!!! This will be a regular menu item now! I only used 1/3 bottle of sauce, added some water & a full packet of the ranch mix. I poured it over the chicken and baked the chicken in the oven at 325 for about 2.5 hours. Half way thru, I shredded the chicken. I made homemade rolls & added shredded cheese with a salad...YUMMY!

Cola Pork Chops

This is a generous amount of sauce for 8 chops. I plan next time to split the sauce, freeze & save for another time. The smell coming from my oven is divine!

Pizza Sauce I

Best Peach Cobbler Ever

This was very good. As someone else suggested, remember to spoon in the fruit & don't use all the liquid. Also, next time I won't use so much butter. You don't need all that butter in the pan...I'd cut it by half. I found the fruit greasy.
