Apple Bread
Tried this recipe Gluten Free today, also using a few suggestions. I used Bob's Red Mill All Purpose GF baking flour. I did cut the recipe in half, used 1/2 brown and 1/2 white sugars. I used about 2 cups diced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg on them (I had these already frozen) as well I used about a teaspoon of nutmeg and a tablespoon of cinnamon in the batter. I also used a half cup brown sugar mixed with a tablespoon cinnamon combined and sprinkled on top of loaf before baking. This came out wonderful. Next time I will use applesauce for half the oil, definitely will add vanilla as suggested and will bake for less time than suggested. Very good and this recipe is a keeper. Thanks to Karla for posting this recipe.

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken
This recipe just looked to simple. I gave it a try and my family loved it! They asked me to keep this chicken recipe because they really like it. I didnt have the sage but did add about 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning. It was awesome though I will definately get that sage stocked up again. Thank you Candy, this is truly a keeper.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
This bunny is cute but I did not find this to be "The Best Rolled Sugar Cookie" by far. The dough did roll and cut well but its the taste that counts in a cookie and these were pretty bland, had to much a flour taste. A total waste of ingredients. I made these for a potluck tonight but think I will toss them. That bad.
