Peppermint Meringues
I loved this! I added 1/4 tsp peppermint extract to the egg whites. It took a really long time for me to beat the eggs with the sugar to get stiff peaks. I threw the first batch out because I thought I messed up! The second batch came out exactly the same as the first time I did it, I just mixed it much longer than the first time, poured the mixture into a wilton decorating bag and made the meringues. It really does make the amount said when you make them hershey kiss size.

Lobster Newburg
This was so rich and delicious! Everyone who tried it loved it. I made it again the next day and ate it for lunch and dinner. We tried it over rolls and it was good, but it was exceptionally great over sourdough or white toast. Great recipe!
