Made these for a dinner party and they were a big hit. They are very impressive looking and easy to make. I used Pumpernickel as well as Rye to add some color and variety. The plate was empty in 10 minutes!!

Mexican Rice I

This was very good. The only thing I will differently next time is add a little more cumin and chili pepper for more flavor. Yum!

Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip

I LOVE this dip! I took it to a party and even people who weren't big on spicy or jalapenos loved it! I made it exactly according to the recipe and it was gone within 15 minutes! Next time I will double the recipe I think... thank you for this easy tasty recipe!!!
