Pizza Dough I

Omgosh! So I make another dough from another site usually. I decided I wanted a change & found this recipe. Now, I'm sure there are things I can do to make the dough a little more flavorful, but I have to say, this recipe was absolutely beautiful in the oven and rising up! I doubled the recipe right off the bat bc we have a large family. It was perfect! This is now my go to recipe. You really don't have to do any extra steps! That was the beauty of it. I definitely recommend this one to ANYONE who doesn't have the time to wait! Thanks for the recipe!

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

This recipe turned out well. My only complaint is, it takes longer than the stated 45 minute total to make, and it takes longer than 30 minutes to brown. Other than that, my fam n I liked it. Thanks Nicole! :)

French Bread Rolls to Die For

My sincerest apologies for this rating, but this bread was just. not. good. :( Now, I love to make bread, and make it as often as possible, so I'm no beginner at this. I followed the recipe to a "t," except I only put in 3 cups of flour, and I added parmesan cheese just to give it oomph. Unfortunately, no oomph, just blech. Again, my apologies jocatlin, but not up to my family's and my par.

Petits Fours

I tried this recipe twice, and both times it came out terrible. There was no flavor to it, so I did add vanilla, and quite a bit, but there was still no flavor. Also, it was very hard to get the batter evenly into the pan as it was very sticky. I also couldn't get the cake cut evenly because I couldn't get it in the pan evenly. It crumbled something bad and broke easily. I've been doing cakes for 25 years and haven't come up against one that was this bad. Unfortunately, I'm not able to say anything good about this one.

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns

These were the best cinnamon rolls I've made to date. It was a little hard to work with, though, because I didn't use the full 4 cups of flour. Also, I used a combination of cake and bread flour. I find that that gives it a much lighter texture.
