Fluffy Pancakes
Mine didn't come out "Fluffy" like others refered to. I wonder if it wasn't because I used "powered" milk. And the batter was so thick that it wouldn't roll off the spoon, so I added more milk. I will try it next time with real milk. Others at the table said they tasted good, just that they weren't fluffy.

Oatmeal Gems
Very, very good ! I made it without nuts this time. Next time, and that will be soon, I will add walnuts. This recipe ended up making over 6 dozen. They are "Gems" !! Crispy outside, soft inside. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Irish Soda Bread I
I made it for a dinner/meeting when someone else made the Irish Stew. The bread went very well with the stew as much as a soup spoon !!! Everyone really liked it. The next day, with what I had left-over, I made toast. That, too, was very good. Just a couple things I did different with the recipie, was leaving out the raisns and slightly beating the eggs together before adding them to the dry mixture. And near the end, added a couple tablespoons of water to pick-up all of the dry mixture. It was suggested to me to make this one of my regular "Bring A Dish To Pass" items. And I will !!!
