This was so good! I made it when I was sick and couldn't do much. It was super easy. The changes I made to it was to add frozen chicken breast with all the ingredients and shred it after a few hours. I added a can of black beans (strained and rinsed) and instead of water I added more broth. I used green enchilada sauce. I also left out the peppers and the chili powder, I was scared it would be too spicy, I'm sensitive to spice. You must add lemon or lime and of course avocados before serving, it makes all the difference. Used store bought chips. It was soooooo good! I might add the peppers or chili powder next time just to try it out. My husband added cheese and he even liked it, hes not a soup person. Thanks to all for the suggestions and for the recipe!
