Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This was so good! I made it when I was sick and couldn't do much. It was super easy. The changes I made to it was to add frozen chicken breast with all the ingredients and shred it after a few hours. I added a can of black beans (strained and rinsed) and instead of water I added more broth. I used green enchilada sauce. I also left out the peppers and the chili powder, I was scared it would be too spicy, I'm sensitive to spice. You must add lemon or lime and of course avocados before serving, it makes all the difference. Used store bought chips. It was soooooo good! I might add the peppers or chili powder next time just to try it out. My husband added cheese and he even liked it, hes not a soup person. Thanks to all for the suggestions and for the recipe!

Red Apple Martini
very yummmy! used crown royale and apple pucker and cran-apple juice. looks really cute with a very thin slice of apple in the middle. i make it often now for everyone i have over and they all say how smooth it tastes.

Perfect Pressure Cooker Pot Roast
This was such an amazing and delicious dish! I've made roasts before - even in the pressure cooker - but this was the favorite of them all. My brother in law made it the week before and he told me he got it from here so I thought I'd give it a try for a dinner party I was having. I stuck with the recipe and only made a few small changes. I did use everything low sodium. I used half of the seasonings to dry rub and marinate the roast for 2 hours in the fridge before browning it. To the ingredients I added 1 cup of Merlot wine and added a few chopped carrots and some fresh chopped mushroom. It came out perfect. I added a little flour to the gravy to thicken it up before serving. Served it with garlic mashed potatoes. We ate it all! Definitely making this again, especially for guests. Thanks for recipe!
