Asian Lettuce Wraps

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2008
This was absolutely wonderful. I used ground pork but kept true to the rest of the recipe. My 2 year old couldn't get enough of it and loved making "burritos" w/ the lettuce. We will definitely have it again!

Kicked Up Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2007
It was a good change to the typical mac n' cheese. Like other reviewers, I found that the sauce could accomodate a full box of pasta. Tasted good warmed up the next day too.

They were pretty good and fairly easy to make. I found that the ones I double dipped were better.

This is a great recipe not only because it tastes wonderful but because it is a one pot dinner. The left overs were just as delicious.

Pumpkin Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2007
I thought this was delicious! I added a can of chicken broth as previous reviewers suggested and it turned out great. I was a little worried the pumpkin would make it too sweet but it wasn't. We will definitely have this again.

BBQ Chicken Pizza I

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2007
Very easy to make and delicious. I did put a little cilantro in the sauce but the rest I put on top of the pizza after I took it out of the oven. I also marinated the chicken in BBQ sauce before cooking it in the oven.

Crab Alfredo

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2007
This is a very rich dish but very delicious! My 18mo daughter couldn't get enough of it! We all like spicy food so I added a little bit more pepper. Next time I will use a full box of fettuccini as I feel it made more sauce than pasta.

Killer Artichokes

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2007
I am a huge artichoke fan and I thought this was a great change to my normal steaming. I gave it 4 stars b/c they were a little soggy from being boiled. Next time I will steam them before putting them on the gril. The garlic/onion butter was delicious, but I don't recomm. it if you are planning a nice romantic evening. I am sure I'll be smelling of onions and garlic for a week!

Chinese Chicken Salad III

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2007
This salad is all about the dressing and it is addictive!!! Following the suggestions of previous reviewers, I decreased the peanut butter by half and found it to be the right amount. I also used 1 teaspoon of chili paste b/c we like spicy things and it was great. I also added crunchy chow mein noodles and mandarin oranges to the salad. I also fried my wontons rather than baking them. This was a huge family hit and I will certainly make it again.

Fig and Olive Tapenade

Reviewed: May 20, 2007
I made this for a neighborhood BBQ and it was a hit. I've made olive tampenade before but the fig really added something to the dish. I was a little nervous about using cream cheese over goat cheese but went w/ the cream cheese to save costs and it was delicious! I also put everything in the food processor which I thought was easier than chopping everything individually.

Sausage Casserole

I cut the recipe in half and used a 8x8 baking dish and it made plenty for my family of 3. It took about 45 minutes to cook and was very easy to make.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese III

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2007
I followed the recipe except I used about 3/4 of the pasta. I think most people expect it to be a cheesey sauce but it really is a baked dish so it's not going to be exactly like a traditional mac n' cheese. The left overs were great reheated!
