Overnight Caramel Pecan Rolls

Excellent and easy!! I used honey instead of corn syrup since I didn't have any and halved the recipe and everything worked perfectly!

Meatball Sandwich

Slow Cooker Carnitas

This was so good! I was skeptical at first but it was delicious. I used fresh cilantro instead of coriander and fresh garlic. I also roasted it in the oven for a few minutes after shredding. Served it as tacos with pico de gallo, homemade salsa, and guacamole.

Jersey Fresh Tomato Soup

This soup is delicious! My 3 year old kept asking for more - and he *thinks* he doesn't even like tomatoes! I use whatever milk I have on hand and I cut down on the salt because I am sensitive to it. I also use fresh basil instead of dry. I have been looking for a tomato soup recipe that doesn't taste like spaghetti sauce for so long, now I've found it!

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

I think this is the best slaw I have ever had. Everyone always loves it. I use light miracle whip and cut down on the oil some. I also omit the poppy seeds since I don't have them. Also good with splenda. Definitely let it sit a few hours.

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

This was so surprisingly good! I roasted 3 peppers myself as opposed to using (flavorless) canned so it was nice and spicy. I also used evaporated milk for part of the milk since I was running low on it. And I used a mixture of cheddar and pepper jack since I didn't have velveeta. I will make this many more times!

General Tsao's Chicken II

Very very good! I will admit I didn't do all the frying, I just sauteed the chicken but I am positive it would be even more amazing made as written. I doubled the sauce because my husband loves it and added a few more of the peppers, crushed. I can't wait to make this again.

Uncooked Banana Pudding

Everyone loves this banana pudding! For me, it is best to whisk the pudding mix and milk, then whisk in the sour cream, and then fold in the cool whip. I do use light ingredients and no one has noticed a difference.

Sarah's Rice Pilaf

Another 5*! Very delicious and easy! I even cut down on the butter and it still was perfect. I used Knorr chicken bouillon to make the broth which made it very flavorful. I live at a semi-high elevation so water proportions and time to cook will have to be worked on.
