All-Day Apple Butter

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2014
I have been using this recipe for about 6 months now, every time I have a bag of apples that is about to have to be thrown away, I pull out the crockpot. Family and friends rave about it, and have gotten to where they request more!

Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2014
Made this cheesecake a while back at Easter, and my family and friends are still talking about it. I didn't change anything in this recipe. It was marvelous!

Angel Food Cake III

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2014
The bottom (which was the top of the cake while baking) was becoming crunchy while the top (bottom during baking) must not have been done yet. When I flipped this over and let it sit for the appropriate amount of time, it fell.

Syrup on the Bottom French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2014
I was not a fan of this dish. To me, it came out too soggy.

Blueberry Pumpkin Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2010
I think these muffins are awesome! They are perfect for Fall. I just got done baking them for tomorrow and they smelled so good I had to taste one...OMG! I did follow the advice of others and used 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar to equal the 2/3 cup. I did know if it made them better or not because I haven't tried them with just the white sugar...but regardless-these are awesome!

BAKER'S Chocolate-Dipped Macaroons

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2010
These things are amazing! (Or at least my fingers taste great!) And looks so much easier than the recipe that comes on the bag of the coconut! The only problem I had with this, was knowing exactly when they were done...the edge looked brown, but the insides seemed squishy still. Is that the way it's supposed to be?...Edit-Never mind! :) They harden up when they cool! This is my first attempt at macaroons if you can't tell. LOL This was so easy!!! Thank you for such a great recipe!

Easy Cauliflower and Broccoli au Gratin

Reviewed: May 20, 2010
I thought this was really good! I don't like vegetables...but I couldn't get enough of this! The only change I made (it totally wasn't intentional) was that I used the frozen California Medley vegetable mix; I couldn't find just cauliflower and broccoli. Even my boyfriend enjoyed this and he doesn't generally try new things-meat and potatoes kind of guy. Thanks for the recipe. It was easy, quick and delicious!
