Leftover Pot Pie

I have made this several times. I added the leftover potatoes also. Sweet and regular. Made it nice and creamy. The family loves it. The only other thing I do is bake the bottom crust for 15 min first then let it cool then add the filling and top crust. This way the bottom crust does not get soggy and it's cooked all the way thru! Good luck. Add the leftover cranberry sauce for a little surprise.

Pumpkin Pie Bars by EAGLE BRAND®

These were delish! I did not have all spice and we did not miss it. I cut the sugars in half and I probably could cut it in half again. Very moist and creamy. I sprayed the pan with Pam and once it cooled I put it in the fridge overnight. They were easy to cut and remove unlike some other reviews said. Will be making these again soon.

Loved this! Did dry all cold cuts and roasted peppers in paper towels. I also baked the bottom crust for 20 minutes before filling it. YUMMO

Strawberries and Cream Cake

Was so excited to make this for my sister in law's birthday! Looked really pretty! Was VERY VERY DRY! Threw half the cake away. Will try again, but maybe next time I'll just by Betty Crocker strawberry cake mix cause I have made that before and it's yummy and moist.. I would also make my own recipe for cream cheese frosting. The one that came with this recipe was too sweet and melted by the time I got to my destination. I learned a very important lesson...... Read all reviews before going out and buying everything you need for this recipe.

Butternut Squash Soup

Yummo! I have never had or made butternut squash anything and this was very very good. I only used about a 1/4 of the cream cheese and tiny bit more cayenne and it was delish! Even my son who doesn't like any kind of squash liked it.
