Morning Glory Muffins II

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
This was so good! I was lazy and didnt' grate my apples. I minced them instead. Did the same with the carrots. Also, no coconut or dates - still really turned out lovely and my husband and I have a delicious breakfast to grab as we run out the door.

Harvested Chicken Stew

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
We loved this :) I made some slight alterations. I used cut up chicken thighs (because its what I had), threw in some flour and condensed soup to thicken it and used 1 1/2 cans of stewed tomatoes instead of fresh. Thanks Sal! I don't even really like soup/stews and this was great! I'm sure it will be a regular for our family.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
I got home late the night I had planned on making this. So, instead of baking the chicken, I let it sit in the sauce a few minutes and then grilled it on my George Foreman (I had a hungry hubby and needed to hurry!). It turned out great!! Halfway through cooking I spooned some additional sauce on and it really turned out perfect. This chicken teriyummy is going to become a regular!

Bacon and Swiss Quiche

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
This was absolutely amazing! I only used a pound of bacon, and skipped the flour but other than that, it was an awesome recipe I used to impress the inlaws on Christmas Eve :) Thanks Erin!

We made it a loaf using some of our over-ripe bananas and also omitted the baking powder. It still turned out AMAZING!!! Love it, will make it again!

Very yummy! We loved it but I also used 2 cans of pitted tart cherries and added a little extra sugar. Still turned out great!
