Pasta e Olio

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2011
The flavour was great and I added grated Parmesan cheese to it, and it went out of this world.

Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2011
The amount of lemon was just right, not too sour like some other sauces I've tried! It was so easy to make too! One tip is to use an egg yolk at room temperature - if it's taken right out of the refrigerator, the hot butter doesn't really cook it enough so the sauce will still end up runny.

I sauteed some onions instead of the mushrooms and it was SO delicious. Will definitely be making this again!

Ricotta Gnocchi

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2011
Everything was great except that one to two minutes of cooking time was too short! My gnocchi turned out half cooked, even though they had floated to the surface. I suggest at least five minutes of cooking time.

Pork Chop Dinner for Two

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2011
The pork was tender! However, the carrots and potatoes were really bland, and even with the salt the taste wasn't even. I would pour in some chicken stock or mushroom soup into the pan the next time before baking!

Red Velvet Cupcakes

these are sensational! all my friends were raving about it!! One thing I would do the next time would be to add 1/3 less sugar to the cream cheese frosting so it's not overly sweet!

Eclair Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
It's amazingly simple but it tastes phenomenal!! My family didn't believe that it needed no baking. They don't sell graham crackers where I live (Sad, huh?) so I used ladies' finger cookies instead. I sliced them lengthwise and layered them with the cream. If you let it sit for 1-2 days, it tastes just like cake!! Another thing I changed was I omitted the milk altogether and used real vanilla pudding (not the mix! those that come in the snack cups) instead. Just mix the pudding with the whipped cream and voila! A perfect cream for layering.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2010
This dish was fantastic! I followed the recipe to the T and all my friends were raving about it! The potatoes at the top were rock hard though - so I advise covering the dish with aluminium foil and removing the foil at the last 20 mins, to ensure that the potatoes at the top remain soft!

Campbell's® Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2010
I followed the recipe to the T and it was perfect! For best results, boil uncooked green beans for 5 minutes - it ensures maximum crispness! All my friends loved it!

Easy Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2009
The baking time of the chicken is PERFECT - the texture of the chicken was cooked but not too tough, really nice. MAKE SURE you use cornflake cereal crumbs instead of bread crumbs because if you use the latter, the dressing will make the crumbs at the bottom of the chicken soggy. The former won't. The portions of the ingredients suggested are a BIT too much (I had a lot of leftover and had to waste a lot of crumbs). but overall, an extremely easy recipe that tastes great!
