Broccoli with Lemon Butter Sauce
This was good and went well with my honey mustard chicken dish! I didnt have cayanne pepper so I used red pepper. Turned out fine. Most of all, I like that it was quick. It was done before my croissants were finished!

Basic Biscuits
I used this fora biscuit and gravy birthday brreakfast for my hubby. This was an awesome recipe! I used to make homemade biscuits all the time, then I stopped for a few years and lost my recipe after not using it. Not sure how close this was to the original, but I promise not to lose this one. I did take one reviewers recommendation and cut in some cold butter. Other than that, I made no changes.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
I've made this type dip often and this has to be one of the easiest and best tasting of the bunch.I used fresh spinach instead of frozen. Just saute about 2 cups fresh spinach with a litte minced garlic and oil for about 3-4 minutes on med heat. I followed everything else in the recipe.Great flavor!I wanted to serve it with pita bread triangles but forgot to pick some up. Tortilla chips did the job just fine.
