Turtle Cheesecake
This turned out fantastic even thought I sort of goofed when making it. I added too much evaporated milk to the caramels, since I realized I had done this and didn't want to waste the caramels I just drizzled a small amount over the crust, poured some of the caramel into the batter, and drizzled some on top as well. The cheesecake turned out beautiful, no cracks at all! Everyone raved about it and coworkers asked me to make another. Great recipe!
