Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2010
This is SO good!! I used brown beans because I didn't have black, and just put in normal cheese (I don't know what Mexican-style cheese is). I omitted the tortilla chips. I will be making this again for sure! Thanks for sharing :)

Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2010
5 stars!! Oh my goodness this is mouth watering. I didn't have onion, so I omitted that. Plus I couldn't find process cheese sauce where I live so I bought cheese dip, it was a bit spicy. I think that made all the difference!! I could have eaten the whole thing before even putting the mushroom soup or even baking it. We don't have cream of mushroom here, so I just took a package for mushroom soup and put less water than directed. There was no need for any salt or pepper! I will be surely making this again !!!

Pesto Pasta with Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2010
5 stars!!! I ate so much I got a stomachache. It's SO good!!! My boyfriend loved it as well. I will surely be making it again! I also used modifications that were suggested by other users here. I used a can of already cut mushrooms and sauteed the garlic + mushrooms in the oil from the sundried tomatoes. Delicious!!!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2010
My boyfriend and I loved this! This is the first time I make this kind of soup. He thought it could be creamier, but I liked it how it was. :) Maybe some cheese would be a great addition as well... I will be definitely be making this again! (I used pepper-ham).

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2010
At first I didn't like them so much, but the more I ate them, the more I got used to them. They are unusual, but good. My family liked them as well.

Best Lemonade Ever

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2010
I wasn't crazy about this and didn't think it was the best lemonade ever. The taste of lemonade was bland, and at the same time too sugary. I won't be making this again, sorry.

Pasta Con Broccoli

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2010
I give it 3 stars because even though this recipe could be great and would have great potential, the recipe is not written well, and the taste is not prominent, too weak. I am a novice cook, so I didn't think to put broccoli in the beginning of the pasta cooking. So the broccoli was hard and I had to keep the dish cooking for much longer than it should have been, so the broccoli could be softer. Also I had to add a lot of salt and cheese to make the taste stand out more, it was very weak. In the future I will make modifications, but I think this recipe has potential.

Broccoli Chicken Roli

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
I made this by making rolls on my own, and they weren't crescent rolls because they don't sell them where I live. I didn't make the sun, but just covered the mixture. My boyfriend and I loved it! It came out very, very good. I plan to make it again! :) Happy New Year!

Annie's Turkey Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
I used chicken instead of turkey, and used light mayonnaise. It turned out great! Both me and my boyfriend loved it. Happy New Year!

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
Of course a classical and easy recipe, but very tasty nonetheless! :) I used rye bread and edam cheese, and it turned out a bit heavy. It could either be the bread of the amount of cheese I used!
