Coconut Macaroons III
This is an easy recipe and turns out perfect every time. May I suggest toasting the coconut a bit before using. Also, I make a double batch and freeze ready rolled ones to pop into the oven when I want some. Drizzle a bit of chocolate on them and you are good to go.
