Mom's Squash Casserole

It's comfort food. I over did it with the garlic, and used several types of squash. Also used bread crumbs, and 1 egg. It's very good dish. Will make again.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Pineapple-Lime Rice

Made this when my friend came over. It was okay, but added a little cayanne pepper for a little more taste. Wasn't may kind of side dish. My friend like it though.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

I had a pre-made graham cracker shell, so I made 1/2 the recipe. It came out great, but in doing it this way again, I will leave out 1 yolk and add a little more sour cream. The texture was great. I left it in the oven after cooking, only 1/2 the time.

Corn and Black Bean Salad

Really good and fast to make salad. I couldn't wait to eat it, so I took it out of the fridge several times for a bite. So easy with most ingredients already on hand.

Steamed Lobster Tails

My husband brought home 2 Lobster tails last night for Valentine's Day and I have never cooked it before. I tried this recipe and reduced steam time to 5 minutes. It came out so perfect! I've had it in restaurants before, but this was the very best and so delicious!

Lemon Zucchini Bread

This is simple, quick and easy to make. I had oranges not lemons and it was very good with that. I am not much of a cook, but can see I can make a spicy, or a blueberry version easily. I used 2 cups of zucchini as another reviewer said.

Asian Chicken Salad

Update / It's the dressing that has become my favorite. I will eat my greens with this one, easy too. outstanding! I made this last night. I had iceberg which I don't eat much, but it's the only salad green my husband likes. This salad was great! I did not have the noodles, but subbed them for peanuts and I threw in a few mandarin oranges. Will make again.

Sweet and Sour Pork III

Wow, my Chinese supper came out so good thanks to this recipe. I did already make the "Sweet and Sour sauce I" on this site wanted to somehow add the already cooked pork shoulder to it. I cut it up into 1" pieces following this recipe and fried it just until crispy using then put the pieces into the sweet and sour. It was so fantastic I made it again the following day and my husband just loved it!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

Great quick and easy sauce to make. I adjust the ketchup and soy sauce to taste and went 50/50 on brown and white sugars to make the 3/4 cup. It is worth the 5 stars.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Oven Roasted Potatoes

This was the first recipe I tried from All recipes. It was very, very good. It smelled so aromatic while it was cooking, I felt like a gourmet cook! So Delicious, it is my favorite way to cook potatoes!
