Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

My girlfriend prepared the stuffing before adding it to the chicken and I found that really made it better rather than having dry stuffing just poured over.

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

Delicious!! Very flavorful and juicy. At first I used a probe with my slow cooker, but it reached 160 degrees F way before the meat was actually cooked. I suggest setting your slow cooker on low and just leaving it for 6 hours instead of using a meat probe for this.

Turkey Pot Pie II

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2009
I loved this! The crust was delicious and it was simple and easy for someone just starting out cooking. I added about 1/2 can more soup and a few more vegetables to fill out the pie, and it was great. If you have leftovers, heat the pie back up in the oven at the same temperature for 20-30 minutes and the crust will be crispy and delicious just like the first day.

Easy Rosemary Chicken

So easy and the sauce is amazing! I used light sour cream and the consistency was still great. Definitely recommended for those of us who have no experience cooking but want to make something great!!

Rice and Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
This is a good recipe for people who have very little experience baking/cooking but want to make something simple. I halved the recipe and it still took about 90 minutes to cook it properly. I also used brown rice and skim milk, which made it a little healthier without disrupting the consistency.
