Colorado Green Chili (Chile Verde)
I love green chili. My favorite is from King Chef Diner in Colorado Springs. Despite loving it, I have never made it, nor any chili, until tonight. My son's crew team had a chili cook off, and this recipe won 1ST PLACE -- "BY A LANDSLIDE!" Reading the comments, I did add twice the garlic and thickened it with an olive oil/flour rue. I also added a pinch of cumin when browning the pork. I would say it is beginner's luck, but I think you have a keeper, Rosie! Thanks for sharing!

Slow Cooker Reuben Dip
YUMMY! I also doubled the dressing and I use fresh, Boar's Head kraut from refrigerated section of the grocery instead of jarred kraut. I serve it as a sandwich on rye toast. Easy and delicious.

Egg Drop Soup (Better than Restaurant Quality!)
I have tried to make egg drop soup twice before, but the third time (this recipe) is the charm! Thanks for sharing! I did not use chives because my son won't try anything with green in it. I also skipped the food coloring. I did use everything else per instructions and topped it off with chow mien noodles. Yum!
