Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2014
This was fabulous! I omitted the onions, and only used 2 cups of cheddar, but it was still great! I think next time I will try the full 3 cups with sharp cheddar, because I felt like a stronger cheese would enhance it even more. I may also try adding bacon. It reheated well, and I ate on it all week. The hubs even tried it. Will definitely make again! Thanks!

Simple Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2014
Very easy and yummy recipe. Mine was a little bland, or maybe it was the brand of cream of mushroom I used. Next time I would add fresh garlic and a ton of salt and pepper. I also added fresh mushrooms to mine. I would make again. Thanks!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2014
This was a good recipe. I used the full 8 oz cream cheese, and one can of golden mushroom, one can of cream of mush. I regretted dicing up the chicken, as I think it would have been a nicer presentation left whole or in strips. It was very easy and good. I would make this again. Thanks!

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2014
The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars, is because I DID the cut the butter in half based on other reviews, and only added about 3/4 a cup of sugar. I accidentally cooked it at 350, so it only needed to cook around 40 min at that temperature. I substituted the chiles for jalapenos and only had whole kernel corn on hand. Still turned out fabulous! Made it alongside some vegetable soup and it was delicious. Will definitely make again!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2013
This recipe was great as is. I halved it, and it was more than enough for 2 people. My only suggestion would be to mix a little sauce in with the noodles, and if you are only making half, cut the cook time to 20 minutes. It was a little drier than I would have liked second go 'round, but still very good. The hubs loved it!

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2013
this recipe was delicious! i did as suggested and added worcestershire, real onions, two cloves of garlic, and salt and pepper to the meat mixture. as suggested, i doubled the sauce. i baked the loaf in the oven for an hour, and poured the sauce over to cook for another fifteen. i'm sure the leftovers will be even better. i'd like to try it again in the crockpot. definitely a keeper!!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2013
this recipe was so easy and delicious! i usually keep most of the ingredients on hand, so i can see this being made again and again. the second time i didn't have sour cream, and it wasn't as moist, but still delicious. i did as advised, and mashed the bananas(about 3 large), and sprinkled cinnamon over the top before baking. also, i made without walnuts since they weren't on hand. still fantastic! and the smell of it baking is also a plus! :)

Outrageous Warm Chicken Nacho Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2013
this recipe is delish! i omitted the black beans, and used the white queso velveeta. i'd like to try it next time with the beans, and substitute the chicken for hamburger, for something different. also, the 2nd time i made it i didn't have sour cream, and it was still devoured. this is my new go to rotel recipe!
