Chicken and Zucchini With Garlic Cream Sauce

Best Stovetop BBQ Ribs

The ribs came out very good. As some reviewers suggested, I used a crockpot instead of the stove. The next time I make this, I will try to thicken the sauce; I found it too watery.

Fluffy Canadian Pancakes

I didn't find these pancakes to be fluffy or flavorful. I even added some sugar and vanilla, but I still wouldn't make them again.

Clark Gable Pancakes

The pancakes were light, fluffy, and delicious. I added some sugar and cinnamon to the recipe. To reduce the fat content, I substituted French vanilla yogurt for the oil.

Easy Pancakes

I added 1 tbsp of white sugar and 1 tbsp of brown sugar. Then to cut some of the fat, I substituted apple sauce for the vegetable oil. The pancakes came out great :-)

Carol's Arroz Con Pollo

This was a great meal. My fiancee likes his food very spicy, so I added 2 hot peppers. I also couldn't find saffron, so I substituted turmeric for the saffron. I will definitely make it again.

This came out great! It took me a little longer to prepare it because I didn't use mushrooms; instead I used cream of chicken soup. I added broccoli (which I chopped into tiny pieces), then I crushed the garlic by hand with a garlic press. I also added carrots. I thought it came out great over pasta :-)

Chocolate Chip Pie IV

This was really good, the whole family liked it. The second time I made it, I used only 3/4 cup of white sugar and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. I thought it added a little more flavor to the cookie.
