Apple Oatmeal Crisp

An excellent recipe, just like mom's, I doubled the amount of crisp, my favorite part. Served it warm with vanilla ice cream.... really really good. I will be making this again very very soon. yum!

Made 2 versions of these Christmas morning, one batch with dried cranberries and the other with golden raisins, they were excellent and I will definately be making these again. I think I will make 2 circles of 16 scones per batch. They freeze well. Yum!

Apple Spice Cake

Made this into loaves for our annual bake sale, they turned out beautifully. The cake is delicious and the crust the best part. I will be making this again, this is a keeper. I think the next batch I will add a few chopped nuts to. Mmmmmmmmm good... great recipe.

Baked Potato Salad I

This is a great recipe, tastes wonderful and it's so easy to make. I made this for our company picnic and everyone loved it. I substituted old cheddar cheese for the processed. Really excellent recipe, definately will make it again soon.

Passion Bars

This was good, I doubled the filling amount (milk & brown sugar) and it was very rich and chewy. My company loved it, and I thought it was just ok, peanut butter isn't my thing, my girlfriend wouldn't leave till I gave her the recipe.

Kentucky Butter Cake

Excellent recipe, I served it with a dollop of whipped cream, everyone loved it. I think next time I will double the syrup though, it was a buttery and delicious cake.

Can't Get Enough Caramel Cookies!

I couldn't keep these around long, they are so easy and delicious, I used real butter instead of marg though, yum yum.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Best Carrot Cake Ever

What a delicious cake, exceptionally moist and tender and I will definately make this again. I would add a little more cinnamon next time but overall this is the best carrot cake yet.
