Veronica's Hot Spinach, Artichoke and Chile Dip

I made this dip for a baby shower I was hosting. Needless to say, the dip was the hit of the party. Someone if stole the recipe off my counter. I added shredded mozzarella to the top and baked. I also tore up pieces of King Hawaiian bread to eat with the dip!

Southern Green Beans

Great recipes for green beans, but added bacon grease and full can of chicken stock. My vegetarian friend ate this and loved it.

Baked Corn Casserole

great recipe for corn! I used fresh corn from cob. I also put bits of bacon and cajun spice for a kick!
