Baked Potato Casserole

SO DELICIOUS!! I substituted turkey bacon for regular bacon just because I don't eat pork or beef. If I could eat just this everyday for every meal I would!

This was delicious! ALthough, I did alter it a tad. I used 2lbs of chic breasts, 1/2c lite mayo, 1/2c plain greek yogurt, 1/2 t dry mustard, the white wine vinegar, grapes and 1/2c blue cheese and added chopped red onions since I left out the pecans. My husband doesn't like nuts. I got TONS of compliments and many requests for the recipe. We'll be making this one again! Thanks!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Although I didn't have any at our super bowl party tonight, I received TONS of compliments as people RAVED over this dip. I also used fresh chicken breast, used blue cheese dressing instead of the ranch and I added chopped onion as well, which I cooked first until translucent. I can't wait to make it again and actually eat it!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

I would not make this recipe again. I wish I had read other reviews before making. I followed the recipe exactly. The fudge tastes good, but is crumbly- not smooth and creamy like it should be. It needed more peanut butter and probably less confectioner's sugar. I would try another recipe before this one.

Egg-White Crepes

Excellent! Super quick and easy. I spread orange marmalade on them and put fresh blueberries on them, rolled them up and topped with vanilla yogurt. YUM!
