Daffodil Vegetable Dip

After reading reviews I was somewhat dissapointed. Next time I might increase herbs, onions & garlic. Found it somewhat bland. The egg flavour takes away from the cream cheese I might either cut egg back or leave it out all together. Other wise it was an ok recipe, just not one of my favorites.

Beer Bread I

This bread is very tasty. I made mine using wholewheat bread flour. My 1st attempt was a flop as I doubled the recipe to try and make a full size loaf. The bread just wouldn't cook. I baked it for approx 1 1/2hrs before giving up. The taste was very good and the kids really liked the flavour, so I tried it again. This time only making one loaf and allowing it to rise for 1/2hr, adding 2 1/2tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt, I cooked it for 60 min. It was delicious. I'll make it again using my modifications.

Best Donair in our town. I lived in New Brunswick where they where available everywhere however here in North Bay they don't have Donairs. I had to tweek the recipe until they where as close to I remembered. Everyone who eats them from the east, says they are exactly as they remember.

This is a great tourtiere just as however if you like it with pork you will love it if you mix pork, beef & wild meat such as venision or moose.
