Tiramisu II

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2014
Here's what I don't understand. Why does it not tell you at add sugar to the whip cream? Now fortunately I was smart enough to add the sugar to the whip cream anyways. I'm unsure as to why you'd have to cut the lady fingers in half, or why you would just drizzle them with the coffee. I recommend making double the amount of coffee, and not cutting the lady fingers in half. If you cut them in half it makes the whole dish just a custard mess. This doesn't come close to the tiramisu dishes I have had in the past. I recommend staying away from this recipe and venturing elsewhere for a better authentic tiramisu recipe. Nothing about this dish was good.

Fettuccini Carbonara

I did not like this at all. I was highly anticipating this to be really great but it wasn't. I found it to be incredibly bland. I would recommend adding shrimp and perhaps cayenne pepper.

BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2012
Love these. Except I kinda cheated... I used bulleye BBQ sauce LOL I guess kinda missing the whole point of the reciepe but it was cheaper than buying all the ingrediants. Anyways thought coleslaw on my sandwich would be gross.... but seriously.... it made the sandwich. Thanks for the idea.

Cheese Lover's Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2012
I pretty mcuh followed the concept of the recipe but did my own thing at the same time. First of all, I used egg noodles, I used one family size thing of mushroom soup. PEAS!!!! and french fried onions. And of course the tuna. I made the casserole early in the morning because I wouldnt have time in the evening. I topped it with loads of cheese, and put tin foil on top and cooked it for about 40mins. For the last 10minutes I put the french fried onions on top and no tin foil. Turned out great

Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2012
So I made this recipe because I seen it on the main page, and have also seen cooks cooking it on tfv lately. So I tried it out....its O.K. Nothing special. For me it's alittle THIIIIICK. You wouldn't wanna eat this without a drink. Other than that its a different spin on french toast.

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2011
This is a good base to start a really good chilli. Personally prefer to add in more ingrediants. For instanace theres this awesome Mexican place in town. We'll order burritos and they are always so big. I brought them home, chopped them up, and tossed them in my chilli. Tortialla shells and all. Made for an aesome chilli
