Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

so yum. great way to enjoy broccoli. i particularly enjoy how the roasting process offers even more of a variety in tastes and textures than the vegetable already inherently possesses. i ended up roasting it on the high end of the time suggestion, cause i like the smaller bits coming out a little charred and crispy. i added a dash of essence of emeril, two cloves of garlic, and a minced shallot to this original recipe. and then tossed them with gomasio (sesame seeds and sea salt, i use 'eden organic' brand). so good. my husband and i have recently transitioned to veganism and its versatile recipes with snackable qualities like this one that really help us stay on track and keep things interesting. thanks, nerdycheesecake for this simple, yet 'aha!' moment type recipe. delish.

Roasted Okra

this was delicious! i love okra, prepared every which way, but the health/yum-factor of this is just superb. its so simple, and thats all it needs to be, however i did add a decent helping of chili powder, as well, since i just cant help myself. ;). perfect side or snack! thanks for the recipe, ncope!

Egg and Hash Brown Casserole

just made this recipe tonight and it is AMAZING! i followed the recipe almost exactly as written, but i only had a 9 1/2 inch pie pan, i upped the mushrooms (kind of on accident but i like it!) and covered the top with tomatoes. also, at the very end, i put the broiler on just for a few minutes to finish off the tomatoes. i highly highly recommend this recipe and will definitely be doing it again very soon! YUM! thanks, ddelisle!

Better Cheddar Chicken

this was great! BUT i had to give it four stars because it needed a salt modification. the creole seasoning i had on hand already has sodium, so the pair of it and the garlic salt was FAR too much. it was great but about three bites in we were all reaching for our waters. next time i will swap garlic salt for garlic powder and still use the toni chachere's creole mix since its what we have on hand. :). good recipe!

this was really delicious! i used salmon tho instead of tuna, just personal preference. :). they come out so moist and delicious. i was worried not having a sauce for them but they are so flavorful, rich and moist it definitely does not need anything else! thanks submitter!
