This recipe turned my fiancé and I onto kale! Definitely take the time to dry the kale leaves after rinsing to obtain the perfect crisp in the oven. Usually I drizzle oil over the ripped kale chips on the parchment paper, but I think I will try the technique where I toss the olive oil and kale chips in a ziplock bag to get a more even coating. I also dust my fiancé's half of the baking sheet with cayenne pepper, since he likes it spicy. I've made this dish for football parties and it's been a hit every time.
