I cooked this for my parents and my mom said this is a 6 out of 5 stars recipe. She said this is the best tasting porkchop. She even had seconds, which is not her. I served it with mashed potatoes, which was great for the white wine sauce that turned into gravy in the oven. My dad has a terrible time chewing any meat, and he could chew this very easy because it was so tender. It took a little time to make, but oh so worth the extra time. I sauteed fresh mushrooms, and added these when i added the soup mixture.
