White Chocolate Cheesecake with White Chocolate Brandy Sauce

No surprise, but this turned out wonderful. I doubled the chocolate, reduced the sugar. I did, however, add another ingredient... When adding the heavy cream and vanilla, I dissolved 1tsp instant coffee crystals in a teaspoon of water and added it also, making this a white chocolate mocha cheesecake... the flavor is out of this world. It gave just enough of a hint of coffee without taking away from the perfect flavor of the cake as it is. I'd strongly urge anyone else to try it. It was basically a starbucks latte in cheesecake form. [:

Marshmallow Treats

These were great. Instead of the traditional peanut butter or chocolate chip, however, I added 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and 1/8 tsp nutmeg. It was a slightly different taste but completely delicious. My recipe was as follows: 1/4 cup butter 1 tbs milk 2 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp nutmeg 4 cups mini marshmellows 5 cups rice crisp cereal I also used the microwave method and they came out perfectly.

Chocolate Truffle Cookies

This is one of the best cookie recipes I've ever made. The only substitution I made was, since I didn't have unsweetened chocolate on hand, I used regular milk chocolate and then halved the sugar. Only made about 20 cookies though, so next time I'll probably double the recipe. Thank you so much for this.

Gingerbread Cookies I

I doubled the spices and used 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 maple syrup instead of molasses and they came out phenomenal. Even my friends who didn't like gingerbread chose these over the typical sugar cookies.

Festive Shortbread Logs

These were my favorite to make out of any of my christmas cookies this year. The only change I made to the ingredients was I added 1/2 cup brown sugar. Instead of rolling the cookies out into "logs" I decided to try and press the dough into santa and snowman candy molds I had and they came out BEAUTIFUL. If you are going to try this, I suggest you lightly flour the mold or else the dough won't come out in one piece. I also baked them for about 13-15 minutes instead, dipped them half in chocolate, and sprinkled with nonpareils.

Chocolate Cupcakes

This recipe was great! I didn't melt the butter but I did mix it with the wet ingredients, and I used about 1/3 cup of milk instead of 1 cup. I mixed the sugar with the dry ingredients. I frosted them and decorated them and they were absolutely delicious and didn't fall apart TOO bad. I think using actual shortening will help make them more firm.
