Italian Dressing Mix
Wow. Easy and excellent. Like other posters, I used garlic powder and, because we had it, dried celery leaves instead of celery salt. Then, I did add the two tablespoons of salt. I also used olive oil vs. canola, just for preference. But, very easy and nice authentic taste. Thank you!

Excellent! My husband made this following the directions exactly and it had a very authentic, spicy taste. Loved it and will make again!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
Super moist cake and YUMMY delicious. The only thing holding it back from five stars is that I was looking to make a layer cake and this is too moist to stand up to layers. Otherwise, I will definitely make again in a loaf-style cake. I did make a couple of substitutions: I traded out butter for oil - I just like the taste better - and added chocolate chips into the batter. Mini chips work better as they don't sink to the bottom. So chocolately, I may have to find a different frosting other than chocolate. YUM!
