Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

I made these as a treat to eat for a Bunco party I was hosting. They were easy to make and a big hit.

Ham and Cheese Quiche

I made this quiche and it was a great success. My 17 year old son loved it and he hates fresh spinach. I made two this week (froze one for later). I made two more yesterday at 5:30 am. I did change the receipe in the smallest way. I used Smithfield ham the first time because I had some in the freezer. The second time I used deep dish pie shells because they were in the freezer. One time I ate a reallly fluffy omlet in a restraunt. I asked what the secret was. The said add flour and mix in a blender. This time I added a tablespoon of flour and mixed in the blender to make it fluffy enough to fill a deep pie shell. It worked. It almost overflowed. I gave one to my in-laws to enjoy and we are eating the other for dinner tonight. Thanks.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

I am not a fan of corn bread. Then again I think I have only had it made from a box. My husband and son do like it. They often eat muffins for breakfast. This recipe can't even be compared to a box. It was wonderful. My husband told me to save the crumbs when I gave him a piece. I packed some for my son's (17) school lunch. He later volunteered that is was a wonderful surprise. I think I will make two batchezs next time and freeze one of them. Thanks.

Cobb Salad

I made this salad for my family and they loved. I think they enjoyed it even more when I served it again as left overs. The only change I made was that I added home made croutons. Something tells me I will be makeing this salad often by request.

Croutons

This was the first time my own croutons. They were wonderful. My son especially liked them. He ate most of them before I could get a salad (cobb) made. I think I am going to make anoter, bigger batch right now.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This was so easy to make and really good. My son is a very picky eater. He actually gags on most meat. He ate two and 1/2 half of these last night for dinner. Tonight he could not wait for dinner to be served so he ate two before my husband got home from work. last night I chopped up some of the pork for sandwiches. The rest I sliced for dinner tonight. We all loved this recipe and I will make again very soon and double the recipe (at least) so I can share some and freeze some for later. Thanks!!

Ramen Noodle Frittata

My son loves Ramen noodles but would not eat this. Good!! More for me! My husband and I really like it a lot. We would not change a thing. It is very easy and quick to make. We serve it with fruits or veggies. Thanks.

I did not make any changes. It was so easy and tasted great. I had hoped to freeze some for another meal but that did not happen because we ate it to fast. Maybe next time.

I have made this bread twice. I made no changes. I made it once in the bread machine and once in the oven. My husband said it was the very best bread that he had ever eaten. I disappears fast.

Banana Pudding IV

I gave this review 5 stars even though I have made it twice and both times it was more like soup. We still really enjoyed it. I called it Banana Pudding Soup. I have no clue about what I am doing wrong but I do know that I am going to keep trying until I get it right. Well I finally got it right and it was the best banana pudding ever. I have never made instant pudding. For some reason I was using the bread dough attachment instead of the whisk. Once I came to my senses and used the whisk it was perfect and enjoyed by all.

My husband and son loved this bread. I did not make any changes. My husband said that it was cooked just right. It was moist and had great flavor. I added choc chips to one loaf.
