My family of 4 ate every bite of the chicken no leftovers. I sprinkled salt and added a washed and pierced lemon with the onion in the cavity before cooking so juicy and flavorful, wish I would have made 2 chickens not just one.

Easy Meatloaf

I made this along side red garlic mashed potatoes, i mixed in some of the topping of brown sugar, mustard and ketchup in the meatloaf plus covered it with topping, even my husband liked it and he does NOT like meatloaf

Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Great receipt, My family does not like stong garlic so I used garlic powder when I boiled the potatoes, drained mashed added butter and milk salt pepper and garlic powder to taste, made along side another All Receipt easy meatloaf.

Simple Country Ribs

Great idea, I did not have access to a grill so I browned and seasoned the ribs in the oven for 15 min, then drained the grease out added a full bottle of sweet baby rays barbeque sause, enough to cover the ribs, covered with aluminum foil and cooked for 50 minutes, they fell apart and had so much sweet barbeque flavor.

Easy Lasagna I

I did not cook the noodles prior to baking and unfortunetely I did not add any water or enough sause to cover the noodles. Other than the hard noodle parts it was delish!

Stuffed Pork Chops I

Classic Stuffed Peppers

Very tasty dish, I added cheese to the top of dish, kids and hubby loved it. I didnt even serve anything else with it!

Easy Bake Fish

My family loved this salmon. I foil lined a casserole dish for easy cleaning and added some garlic salt, johnny seasoning and chili powder to spice it up some.
